When we purchase new row house. It was infact old and little space was there in back side. My Mrs. Sandhya bale wanted to make kitchen in that back open place and old kitchen in to small bedroom and fully renovation So we called 2 to 3 architecture they came and sujestted different idea which we were not satisfied. Ultimately we approached Resha panandikar she visited our house and we told our idea she assure us as per our satisfaction she will make renovation of our row house, believe me not only we are surprised but our nebour and all our relatives, friends are so happy that they are asking us who gave such idea ie Famous architect Mrs. Resha panandikar.
During renovation time she use to visit morning , afternoon, even late evening to monitor d work and guiding them properly.

My Projects with Resha were a godown space, all over these years was not put into much use. The conversion into a study room has put that space into some actual utilisation by Resha. Overall look and appearance of the room matched the expectations of how I envisioned a room for studying with proper focus. Secondly My Master Bedroom, It has now become quite spacious. We can now enjoy the benefits of larger carpet area in the bedroom. It helps our child to move around in a larger space. Guidance provided by Resha was quite helpful and that led into the right direction of choices. It was quite apt and professional. The main reason for me to recommend her service to other people are Good Quality, Deep involvement in the entire process from start to end, Always tried to incorporate solutions based on client feedback, Customisable quotations.
